An experienced consultant with over 23 years of experience, Mr. Birchler has worked throughout Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the South Pacific on international consulting assignments for governments, including legal and regulatory reform and support for information systems.

He holds a Master of Laws (Hons) from Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium with his thesis on Consumer Protection in developing countries, a Master of Laws, magna cum laude, from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia, and a Bachelor of Business Studies in business information systems from Massey University in New Zealand.

He leads our Associate Program for new law graduates and serves as our Chief People Officer across our global offices.
