Following the 1997 Asian financial crisis, GG International undertook a debt restructuring assignment under the auspices of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency for one of the largest forestry groups in Indonesia. Our team conducted a thorough financial analysis, developed a restructuring plan, and negotiated with creditors to achieve a financially sustainable debt profile. This intervention stabilized the company's financial position and facilitated its return to profitability.

In Cambodia, we have played a crucial role in developing a ten-year rolling strategic plan for the financial sector in 2007, 2012, and 2017, working with the Central Bank, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Commerce and other agencies to develop and update the FSDS and then the associated policy programs for each of the ministries and agencies to enable the vision agreed upon.

In Mongolia, we developed and delivered the training of government regulators in best-practice approaches in decision-making and strategies.

Oceania: Our collaboration with Ericsson in New Zealand resulted in a successful market entry strategy for an open-source digital mobile network, and we also pioneered the digitalization of emergency services networks through a PPP model.

Africa: We partnered with the Rwanda Information Telecommunications Authority to align the country's telco sector with its e-Government initiatives, ensuring digital inclusion and enhanced service delivery.
